Return and Refund Policy

At NewCom Enclosures, we take pride in the quality and precision of our custom-manufactured NEMA enclosures. Because each product is built to your unique specifications, our return policy is as follows:

Custom Order Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Since all items are custom-made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once a PO or PO number has been submitted..
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once a PO or PO number has been given.

Exceptions for Defects or Errors

We stand behind our craftsmanship. You may request a return or correction only under the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defects: If the enclosure has a structural or material defect that falls outside of industry-standard tolerances.
• Errors:     If the final product does not match the approved blueprints or technical specifications provided at the time of the order.

How to Initiate a Claim

If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your specifications:

1. Notification:     You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.
2. Documentation:     Please provide your order number and clear photographs documenting the defect or error.
3. Resolution:     We will review the claim and, at our discretion, repair the item, provide a replacement, or issue a credit if a fix is not possible.
