Type 1 General Purpose Indoor Enclosures:

NewCom's UL Listed Type 1 custom enclosures are intended for use indoors, primarily to prevent accidental contact of personnel with the enclosed equipment, in areas where unusual service conditions do not exist.  These enclosures are made from mild steel with either a galvanized, painted or powder coated finish.  These are available with a screw cover, hinge cover or lift off cover.  NewCom’s enclosures of any other NEMA type also meet NEMA Type 1.
